The 2023 Noon Hour Concert Series presents nine outdoor music performances in St George’s Square every Friday in June and July. Tuesdays 12:15pm – 12:30pm Simple and relaxing guided meditations, bringing stillness to the overloaded mind. Step back from ‘busyness’ and take with you a sense of clarity and peace when you leave. Lunchtime meditations are for those who don’t have a lot of time. No meditation experience is required. You do not need to bring anything. We have chairs and cushions for you to sit on.
