10am - 11am Join us on Sunday mornings and feel empowered to change yourself and change the world. This class begins with a guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching exploring one aspect of Buddha’s teachings - which focus on solutions to problems in daily life. The teaching is followed by beautiful chanted prayers and dedication for all those who are experiencing difficulties. Everyone welcome regardless of background or previous experience. There is no charge for this class.

Tuesdays 12:15pm – 12:30pm Simple and relaxing guided meditations, bringing stillness to the overloaded mind. Step back from ‘busyness’ and take with you a sense of clarity and peace when you leave. Lunchtime meditations are for those who don’t have a lot of time. No meditation experience is required. You do not need to bring anything. We have chairs and cushions for you to sit on. No need to register. Just come along. There is no charge for this class.
