What is the nature of our daily problems? How can we learn to relate to problems in a constructive and meaningful way. If we can learn to relate to our sufferings in a different way, we will be able to develop the strength of mind to deal with anything that comes along. This series of classes will investigate Buddha’s teachings on the nature of suffering and how we can overcome suffering with wisdom. By transforming our thoughts about suffering and problems through daily meditation training, we can take control of the situation and develop and maintain a peaceful mind, free from problems.
We can transform our suffering from a negative to a positive. Through changing our thoughts we can change our identification from victim to a protector, by transforming frustration into patience, and thus develop the inner strength to deal with whatever comes our way with a calm and open mind.
Join Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Kunden for classes on Wednesdays based on the book Mirror of Dharma with Additions. Come and along and learn how to make your life deeply meaningful.
