SUNDAYS IN OCTOBER
FREEDOM FROM PAINFUL EMOTIONS
ONLINE AND ONSITE
2:30 – 4PM
As happiness and suffering are states of mind, if we are to find the happiness we seek an understanding of our mind is essential. Through learning how our mind works, we can begin to bring our mind under control, and thereby improve the quality of our life, both now and in the future.
The course is the second in our fall series based on How to Understand the Mind
, a practical guide that offers deep insights into the nature and functions of the mind. In October we will look specifically how to oppose specific negative minds as they arise in our minds.
