We all need techniques to de-stress, relax and bring balance and harmony into our hectic lives. This is the function of meditation practice – to make our mind calm and peaceful. Within that our own peace mind, we can generate loving kindness and send powerful positive thoughts and wishes to all living beings. Come along for this Saturday morning course Breathe, Pray, Love, with Gen Kelsang Kunden and experience the power and strength of your own peaceful mind.
Suitable for beginners. Everyone welcome.
The half day course will be live-streamed with Zoom and available for online viewing for all registered attendees until 4:3pm on April 26. There will be some space reserved for those who would like to attend in person. There is limited seating available and priority is given to those who do not have internet.
