Breaking Bad Habits – morning meditation course

We all have bad habits that seem hard to break and sometimes we feel helpless in changing them. Buddha teaches that all our painful states of mind are just bad mental habits, and like all habits they can be broken. Just as it is possible to separate mud from water, so it is possible to eliminate all our unhelpful habits from our mind.
Through understanding Buddha’s teachings on controlling the mind, we can gain confidence in our potential for change, replacing bad habits with beneficial ways of thinking and living that are more in line with our deep wish to be happy.
In this half day morning course Gen Kunden will guide meditations that help us recognize and replace even our most stubborn habits with profoundly beneficial ways of thinking. Suitable for all levels. Everyone welcome.
The course is divided into two sessions which will include guided meditation and teaching, with a break in-between for refreshments.
